Jason Rousell joins AM General as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and provides the executive oversight for the execution of all business initiatives. Jason has over 27 years of experience leading operational excellence and execution in the automotive industry.

In this role, Jason oversees operations, quality, supply chain, engineering and product development and partners with the executive leadership team to ensure the company’s strategic priorities are executed flawlessly in support of our Country’s and Allied Partners’ service members who use AM General’s products and services.

Prior to joining AM General, Jason held various senior leadership roles with General Motors as well as Briggs and Stratton. In his most recent role, Jason was a Regional Plant Director for General Motors where he was responsible for two large automotive component sites. Prior to this assignment, Jason was the Director of Operations at Briggs and Stratton. Throughout his career, Jason has a proven record of building strong teams, driving cross-functional execution of new product launches, improving operational efficiencies, and delivering business profitability.

Jason attended Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York where he earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering.
