AM General's Military Customer Service Representatives stand ready with technical assistance and advice. We'll answer your technical questions over the phone. Please call or fill out our online request form and we will do our best to meet your needs.
For technical questions, please have the vehicle model number, manufacture date and serial number from the vehicle data plate, located at the bottom of the driver's side B-pillar post. Also have ready a description of the problem and the steps you've taken to correct it.
For parts orders, have your Government Credit Card information ready and a part number or NSN for the part you're ordering. Our warehouse supports an inventory with over 30,000 part numbers and an on-hand inventory of over 15,000 parts. Click here for IMPAC card sales.
Tactical vehicles supported include the HMMWV (all variants), M939 Series vehicles, M809 Series vehicles, M44 Series vehicles including the new production M35A3 and M915 Series vehicles on a limited basis.
Our full-time Customer Service Department is designed to respond quickly to our customers' needs with a courteous and knowledgeable staff.
